SibunTerms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Sibun app and sibun.app. By using Sibun you agree to them.
Apple’s standard EULA
Sibun is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). These terms add to the EULA. If they conflict on the license itself, the EULA applies.
Sibun Pro
Sibun is free to use. Sibun Pro unlocks extra themes, share styles, the Month view and year heatmap, exam dates for every goal, and the option to hide Sibun branding on share cards. It is sold through the App Store in three ways:

These are US prices. In other countries the price is converted to local currency and may include taxes. Launch offers and the price that applies to you are always the prices shown in the app (and on the App Store payment sheet) before you confirm.
Free trial
The Yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial if you are eligible (Apple allows one trial per Apple ID for a subscription group). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial turns into a paid Yearly subscription at the price shown when you subscribed. If notifications are on, Sibun sends a reminder before the trial ends; it is a courtesy, and cancelling in time remains your responsibility.
Renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (with a free trial, when the trial ends).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple decides on refunds. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund or cancel App Store purchases ourselves.
Restoring purchases
Your purchases belong to your Apple ID. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in Sibun (in Settings, and on the Sibun Pro screen) while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Using Sibun
Use Sibun lawfully and for yourself. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the app. The study data you enter is yours. We may improve, change or remove features over time; we will not remove something you have paid for without notice.
No guarantee of results
Sibun is a study-tracking tool. It does not promise any exam result. The app and this website are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the app is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Sibun after a change, you accept the updated terms.
